We continue to be very pleased that we have Pat Kelley as our accompanist. She has a wonderful sense of humor which is a great asset when working with all of us.

Pat grew up in a home that encouraged her to pursue her interest in music. She began taking piano lessons at the age of six, and added playing the oboe and alto saxophone during high school.

At a young age, she decided that she wanted to study music in college. She followed her dream by acquiring a Bachelor of Music Education Degree, with a choral major and keyboard minor, from Central Michigan University.

After moving from Michigan to California, Pat continued her musical involvement through teaching piano and voice lessons and directing church choirs in music ministry for over 20 years.

Pat began her accompanist experience while in college. She performed in the pit orchestras for Music Man and Oklahoma! which were produced by the Birdcage Theatre in Oroville, California. As well as accompanying the Paradise Community Chorus,

Pat is the accompanist for several other choruses including those at Paradise Intermediate School and Paradise High School. She is the accompanist for CCOC (Children's Choirs of Chico) with whom she will travel to Europe in the summer of 2015 on a choir tour.

In addition to her accompanist work, Pat teaches piano and voice lessons from her home studio.
